I provide notarial advice in relation to matters in India.

I am admitted as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in India and have worked in India in the areas of business & commercial laws with an emphasis on advising foreign companies to establish a presence in India. I am bilingual in English & Hindi and can understand Urdu, Punjabi and  basic Gujarati. 

I was a founding member of the India Group at Allen & Overy and was also instrumental in forming the British – Indian Lawyers Association under the flagship of the Law Society of England & Wales. I was the head of the “India Desk” at Eversheds.

I am on the list of Indian lawyers maintained by the Law Society of England & Wales and also have close links with Advocates in India. I am the author of the book “Notarial Practice  (India)”. I have lectured extensively on Indian notarial matters at various education days organised by the Notaries Society of England & Wales.
